Friday, April 11 and Saturday, April 12 look like they’ll be good weather days! This is good because we’ve got the annual Clear Lake Crawfish Festival! Put together by The Clear Lake Chamber of Commerce, The Crawfish Festival offers a weekend of fun, sun, great foods, entertainment and just plain running around for the kids. The event started as a way to raise money for the annual 4th of July Fireworks Over Clear Lake “Salute To America” and has continued to grow ever since.

Friday - 6PM - 10PM Sat - 11AM - 8PM

The Crawfish Festival starts up at 6PM Friday at Clear Lake Park on NASA Rd 1 by The Endeavour Condo hi-rise. Entertainment by The Tall and Short of It on Friday and The Zydeco Dots On Saturday. It’s pretty much rain or shine since the dining tables and entertainment is set up under the Landolt Pavillion. The sponsers and vendors will be set up under their individual CANOPIES. Notice in the picture that you cannot tell WHO IS WHO? Now, if they only had the names and logos of their orginizations on their Canopies and Awnings…. It’s pretty simple to do that!
